Pros
When I started it was great - wouldn't have left if they hadn't made managerial changes.
Cons
Turned into a horrible place to work where upper management had their favorites and also felt like they were trying to get rid of remote workers. If you were remote in meetings you were ignored but told to be on camera so management could see that you were on calls. Also was told that when I moved to a new team and took on new responsibilities I was going to get a promotion and raise. Total lie and HR told me that in my exit interview.
