      Steady work, insurance is good

      Cons

      They don't really give much concern towards their employees. There are other jobs in the area that are paying much higher. Time off is not readily available due to understaffing

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
