No Upper Management Leadership - General Manager American Tire Distributors Employee Review

No leadership outside of distribution centers. Upper management is more concerned about their status as opposed to the well being of the business. No structured training program for salary positions, no accountability for senior management (Throwing items at employees, standing on tables, inserting tools into electrical outlets.) Haphazard investigations by Human Resources, fearful of lawsuits as opposed to what is actually happening. Corporate level employees behave like a high schoolers.
