      Pros

      Role involved challenges which I was able to overcome.

      Cons

      No true diversity. They state they are diverse, but all "diverse" hires are overseas, contractors, or both, and not direct employees. Layoffs are typically in August and November. One could speculate this is done for other reasons.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
