      Great benefits, 401k, health etc

      Cons

      Poor management, clearly the whole company can not get it together and is in bankruptcy again. Everyone is pretending to work and no one is actually directly working with new hires to fullfill their part of the deal in recruiting new employees to ensure their knowledge and follow through.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
