Pros

You can’t get tires. The people are great

Cons

No sense of ethics. The company laid off people-promising certain severances, knowing they were going to file for bankruptcy and wouldn’t honor it. Filed for bankruptcy after the CEO left; a dreamer without the balance of an operational focus, the old CSO who came with the CEO got into criminal/legal trouble, the CFO bowed out and his replacement found a job elsewhere, the CPO and most of his organization was scrapped after him being there only a couple months and having been personally recommended by the last CPO who also left. Someone before says HR runs the show. That’s also true. People have said it’s fear-based and highly political. I can’t corroborate personally, but I will say I’ve seen major talent leave quickly, get dumped, or stay and never advance. There are good people, and good giving back initiatives but overall, terrible culture.

Pros

Its remote setup and competitive pay for the tasks involved. While there is a learning curve, the job becomes straightforward once you memorize the systems. The experience is further improved by great managers who provide a supportive environment for their teams.

Cons

The environment is high-pressure due to strict QA standards and a low tolerance for errors. There are numerous complex guidelines that must be followed precisely, which can feel restrictive for those who prefer less micromanagement or more creative freedom in their workflow.

Pros

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
