Team members are generally nice and willing to help.
Cons
Management is lacking a sincere care-about for their employees, for their development and career path. The training offerings if built within are without use of industry training methodologies. Managers need management curriculum to enhance their supervisor and people development role. Speed to trust is needed to build solid working relationships with managers and with other business units. There is a lack of transparency, and only a few appear to have importance. As it appears that only a special few have answers, a very top down organization. Lack of sharing critical data.
