Overall, it’s been a good place to work. There’s solid support and good and qualified lead flow, which helps a lot as an agent. If you’re motivated, you can really grow your book. It’s definitely performance-driven, which I enjoy, I was able to get my book to $1m in under 2 years.

Can be busy depending on workload and lead volume

Sales manager is great and has a lot of knowledge and experience.

Not organized, no training, impossible expectations, bad compensation and only people making money are the agents with the company for more than 5 years. Management talks down to employees.
