In my one year of experience in American Unit I didn't find a single reason to reffer some one to work here

Cons

Go to HR regarding salary or leave, the HR person don't know anything about it. The person in HR is just like a bouncer in bar/disco. Once you give resignation then the bouncer/HR of the company will make your life like hell. They don't provide any kind of incurance to its employees even they don't provide PF also. You can work here as a daily labour. Even today also some recruiters are working there only because of fear of the HR and management.

Strong focus on professional development within the PMO. The company provides access to diverse, high-impact projects that look great on a resume. Management is generally approachable and respects your autonomy and skill set as a PM.

Cons

As a contract employee, the benefits package isn't as robust as full-time roles. Communication between the US offices and international teams can sometimes lead to late-evening or early-morning syncs.
