The students are smart and mature and willing to learn. The program directors are invested in your growth as a teacher and have your back.
Cons
The administrative side is actively exploitative and feels malicious. There is no contract, promotions often don't register, there is bureaucracy at every turn. I got hired in the middle of a protest due to faculty member not having received raises in 10 years. Meanwhile there are sports cars parked in the garages...
