      Pros

      I am treated like a human, there are growth opport, decent pay, and a zero drama workplace. My boss Doug gives clear expectations, trains workers well, and doesn't do power trips.

      Cons

      I personally want to do a more techni role with American Water. But I have to be in my current role for a year before moving up.
