      Pros

      The benefits were great,and it was close to my home at the time.

      Cons

      No chance for advancement, unless you were the chosen few. The same people were the only ones getting promoted. It didn't matter how qualified or educated and professional your were. I've seen folks with MBA's get passed up by "others" who barley had GED's. They were in the loop.

      Everything is really good. I value how much they care about safety. They practice what they preach.

      You have to wait a year in your current position before applying to move up.

      Great benefits. Affordable health insurance

      Cons

      Stagnant growth. They only focus on leadership development or licensed trades. Growth is based on friendships. Skills and experience don’t mean much.
