      Pros

      Good pay, Great people in the trenches. Very dedicated workforce willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is taken care of.

      Cons

      Management does not have anyone's back. Very poor training of the operation. Everyone is expected to learn in their own. Unrealistic expectations are held up.
