      Ability to move into other parts of the country Really good benefits very nice facilities Vacation time is more than fair

      Cons

      Working in customer service is very stressful and challenging with this company. They are not really competitive with salaries compared to other Saint Louis area utility call centers Mandated to work overtime causes work-life issues
