Pros
Pay was decent. The benefits are ok/good. State operations seem to be good places to work. The unregulated business had a good entrepreneurial feel.
Cons
Corporate culture is...interesting. Outdated technology/hardware. A lot of departments are dysfunctional. A lot of finger pointing at other departments and talking behind backs. Pay equity is unbalanced. Not a lot of management trust in its employees.
