      Pros

      Pay is decent and benefits are good. Susan story (CEO) can definitely sell water. Some states know what they are doing but MO is not one of them.

      Cons

      Inept VP over MO since he's not ran operations in 10 years. Safety and training is a joke. Some employees want to make it better but management upper management needs to go. Under staffed and expect to work 12 hour days.

      Everything is really good. I value how much they care about safety. They practice what they preach.

      You have to wait a year in your current position before applying to move up.

      Great benefits. Affordable health insurance

      Stagnant growth. They only focus on leadership development or licensed trades. Growth is based on friendships. Skills and experience don’t mean much.
