      Pros

      The benefits package and professional attitude conveyed by all departments from HR to Senior Management and support services in between. Wonderful group of professionals with whom to be associated.

      Cons

      I would have preferred a much closer alignment between what I perceived the position entailed with my day to day activities. I guess I prefer a much more transactional environment in this particular role and the position has a more strategic character to it.

      Stagnant growth. They only focus on leadership development or licensed trades. Growth is based on friendships. Skills and experience don’t mean much.
