The best part working here is everybody is treated equal. Being a recruiter it was a surprise when my CTO sat next to me just to explain about the hiring process and how to move fast. My Director of TA calls me every alternate day just to know how my day was. I mean I have worked with quite few companies but this level of transparency and equality is hardly to get.
