      Pros

      Most aspects of the company are amazing. Good pay, great healthcare and 401k, pretty good upward mobility. Senior management seems to genuinely care about employees.

      Cons

      Productivity and morale within the GIS department are at an all time low. Opportunities are given based on personal preference instead of merit. Successes are rarely recognized, and communication is inappropriate.

      Stagnant growth. They only focus on leadership development or licensed trades. Growth is based on friendships. Skills and experience don’t mean much.
