Lack of management communication, Major scheduling problems, company not hiring new employees to keep up with the revolving door which is causing work load problems. Billing and collection department errors and not able to keep up with customer satisfaction on issues. Forcing these employees to work call handlers job and taking calls without the knowledge or the skill set to be able to handle the calls. Can't keep a director in place to make any difference and the lack of knowing what needs to be corrected to bring the center to rise above the issues. Lack of consideration and caring that employees have families and lives and they need time to sleep and be with their families in order to be good at what they do. Lack of pride and employee worth has diminished.
