      Pros

      Good pay, benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Staffed reduced significantly in recent years. Budgets are quite small with little room for training and development. Not very progressive in terms of work time flexibility, innovation and programs that inspire people. People are not motivated.

      Stagnant growth. They only focus on leadership development or licensed trades. Growth is based on friendships. Skills and experience don’t mean much.
