Pros
If you like wearing many hats within an organization, you will do it here. They pay pretty well and have pretty good benefits.
Cons
Based on the pro, be ready to have ridiculous timelines to meet when trying to pick up your new responsibilities. They just went through a re-org and cut 40 people. So IT is running extremely thin. Also, since they pay you fairly well, they think they own all of your time including after hours.. Its more normal to work 60+ hours a week then it isn't.
