Pros
Half decent pay and health insurance. Over time usually available, if you want it or not. Usually mandated. If Pensacola was paid as good as Alton, it would a great place to work with all the cons.
Cons
Most of the management have never managed people. There are non management people working here for years and either don't know what they are doing or short cuts everything. As long as you show up, management doesn't care. If are a "buddy", you can do what you want. If you get on the bad side of your boss, you better make sure you do your job and don't offer them an excuse. Due to the union, it's hard to get fired but they will make you not want to come to work. Upper management will tell you they care while they are in town and forget about the issues when they leave. All they care care about are the numbers.
