Pros
There are so many great people at this company. Unfortunately many of them are stuck in the middle or lower levels of the organization. We are again entering an age of old school commands and controls of every single decision here. Run.
Cons
again, the American Water board pulled a random lever on the ceo vending machine. we are back to total workforce domination yay! Toxicity, people working in fear and a team of disconnected leaders. It was so good before that it is easy to see how our current is and former CEO was unprepared to do this job.
