Pay has not kept up with inflation for years. They waste millions of dollars on nonsense. Yet make you feel like they have no money to give decent raises. Micro managing your every movement. Putting trackers on everything making you feel like you can't even go to the restroom without being questioned on what you were doing for that time gap. you feel like you are just a number. They preach work/personal time is a top priority but their actions say the complete opposite.
