AW2030 is coming, so I guess things will get better in 6 years. ha, just kidding, its being run by the same people who made the current mess of programs and workflows.
Cons
It's gotten ridiculously bad and culture is at an all-time low. Employees have no outlet and leadership refuses to listen. HR and leadership at the state and corporate level will actively tell people to just "shut up and deal with it." What good company refuses to listen like this? Every single day, nearly every employee I interact with is overworked, underpaid, and actively complaining. I deal with many states and districts and the morale across the board could not be worse. You will have 10 bosses each demanding different and conflicting things. Each will blame you for not meeting their needs as they get blamed from their management. Culture of blame and finger pointing is rampant across the country.
