Pros
Benefits are great. Minimal supervision/no micro management. Flexibility with hours, ie, coming in early to leave early.
Cons
Not uniform; different instructions to different groups on the same task. Makes for more work. Can sometimes feel like a hostile work environment, with the amount of people that speak ill of the company, coworkers, management on a constant basis.
