Supervision and management that pretend to care, but it is all lies. They only say "safety" and "competent person" so they can hold you back, hold you down, and control liability. You are only competent when blame is being passed around. They only use the word safety as a means to control the work that is being done. they are all just discipline policies in disguise. When push comes to shove you are not in control of your safety or your work. Management is in control of everything and they are too lazy to know what's actually going on. This company truly does not care about you or your safety. They will just get rid of you.
