Pros

They aspire to treat employees with respect and for the most part they live it. Lots of community involvement and some employee appreciation. Communicating direction of company to employees is a priority. Top level management is very approachable for the most part. Work life balance is good.

Cons

Too bureaucratic and top heavy. They love their meeting's which take time away from just doing your job. If you go off the path you get your hand slapped. No room for innovative outside the box thinkers here.

Pros

The CULTURE at this company sets it apart from others. They not only talk the talk but they walk the walk.

Cons

Pay is average and advancement is hard because business is not increasing.

Pros

Direct manager cares and has goals in place to help improve the department. The core team is made up of great people that work well together.

Cons

Seems like the plant director is actively and intentionally making the entire plant worse. Zero accountability for disrespecting hourly workers even when it's brought to management's attention. Supervisors have completely checked out and refuse to provide the help needed for their people to succeed. Nonexistent advancement opportunities unless you go to church with or are friends with certain managers. Cliquey front office and improper use of employee information. Little to no diversity in management roles. There is a single manager that's a POC and he's their most recent hire.
