Pros

They give everyone a shot at work. Very good benefits. And chances to advance within the company. The managment team highly motivated never before i have felt so motivated by a company management group they are 100% every day. A lot of people on the floor like their jobs which is very rare to see in a workplace.I see how they are making efforts to improve the plant physical internal conditions and safety. Work in progress. Looking forward to the results. Work is challenging but doable. Just ride the wave. If you are lazy don't even bother applying you are not going to make it work is a coordinated team effort you will stick out like a sore thumb.

Cons

They need to remove people that are lazy and have a very poor attitude if they just want to be lazy and don't want to better their work attitude. Leads that have poor people skills should not be leads. Temprimental female leads that won't have the courtesy of answering a greeting or saying good morning or a hello. Some leads don't reflect the management motivation and attitude. Others excel. There are a lot of females at the plant that are very motivated at their jobs and have very good people skills that should have a shot at lead positions.

Pros

The CULTURE at this company sets it apart from others. They not only talk the talk but they walk the walk.

Cons

Pay is average and advancement is hard because business is not increasing.

Pros

Direct manager cares and has goals in place to help improve the department. The core team is made up of great people that work well together.

Cons

Seems like the plant director is actively and intentionally making the entire plant worse. Zero accountability for disrespecting hourly workers even when it's brought to management's attention. Supervisors have completely checked out and refuse to provide the help needed for their people to succeed. Nonexistent advancement opportunities unless you go to church with or are friends with certain managers. Cliquey front office and improper use of employee information. Little to no diversity in management roles. There is a single manager that's a POC and he's their most recent hire.
