Pros

This company does have superior pay for skilled labor than that of the surrounding area.

Cons

There is no follow through with the management and plenty of empty promises. Management does not make a floor presence and seems to give little to no effort to making improvements to day to day operations or even long term issues and solutions. When trying to work with them or go above and beyond to help solve issues and even give good solid solutions they are ignored or cast to the side. Benefits have gotten more expensive and worse as the company has decided to put less into this. And the simple day to day things that they used to do to make the culture better have stopped happening. Years ago this was a great place to work but until the management has been cleaned out and replaced with one's that care and have a simple knowledge of what they are doing and the process I would not recommend this place.

Pros

The CULTURE at this company sets it apart from others. They not only talk the talk but they walk the walk.

Cons

Pay is average and advancement is hard because business is not increasing.

Pros

Direct manager cares and has goals in place to help improve the department. The core team is made up of great people that work well together.

Cons

Seems like the plant director is actively and intentionally making the entire plant worse. Zero accountability for disrespecting hourly workers even when it's brought to management's attention. Supervisors have completely checked out and refuse to provide the help needed for their people to succeed. Nonexistent advancement opportunities unless you go to church with or are friends with certain managers. Cliquey front office and improper use of employee information. Little to no diversity in management roles. There is a single manager that's a POC and he's their most recent hire.
