      There are a lot of different directions you can take this role depending on your strengths and interests. The workload isn’t fixed management does a great job tailoring your projects to your expertise. If you have a good idea, it’s genuinely not hard to get traction, and it feels like everyone has a voice here. You’re encouraged to take initiative and grow.

      Cons

      The workload can be heavy at times. Since nearly all time is billable to clients, you’re always “on,” and your hours are closely tracked. Expect to stay busy.
