Pros
Americaneagle.com is a great place to work! I have been loyal to the company for 15+ years for many reasons, some of which include: they provide a flexible and accommodating work environment, great benefits, fun work culture (with team parties, events, catered lunches and more), and plenty of opportunities to learn and be challenged every day. The people who work for the company are also some of the smartest and most creative people in the industry and it's incredible to get to work with them.
Cons
For those who prefer to work from home full time, there is a little less flexibility on this than other work places, especially for newer employees.
