      Terrific company culture and leadership. A rare combination of leading with a genuine commitment to taking care of the customer and seeking to go above and beyond when possible, while simultaneously prioritizing a collaborative team spirit. Selective in hiring, then investing in empowering people to succeed and increase their potential. People are well-treated, respected, and valued.

      Cons

      I can't think of any downsides. Maybe not a good place for people that don't like what was mentioned above?
