I love working at Americaneagle.com - it's energizing to be surrounded by high achievers. Upper Management wants to WIN, if you have input on how to WIN, they want to hear it. I feel like my efforts are recognized, and appreciated, multiple times receiving terrific feedback for new ideas or process improvements. I spent the first 17 years of my career with another company, and upon coming to Americaneagle.com, I had to retrain myself to be able to have high expectations of those around me, Not only am I now surrounded by a team that meets and exceeds those expectations, they push me to raise my own performance. It's extremely fulfilling! I've always felt valuable throughout my career, but at Americaneagle.com I finally feel VALUED! I couldn't be happier to be here!

If you don't want to be GREAT, and are not willing to WORK to be GREAT, if you're seeking instant gratification and think that employers exist only to serve employees, if your not capable of introspection, and taking constructive criticism, and using it to better yourself and those around you, then this may not be a great fit for you.
