Pros

People were okay at the location I worked at, you got your own cubicle that you could decorate, it was not a penless/paperless environment so you could read, draw, write, do puzzles, etc., at your desk when it was slow

Cons

I applied to an ad on Indeed that said this was a customer service job making $14/hr. I got to the interview and I was assured that it was a customer service position. The first day of the job we were told that it was basically a sales job and you don't make $14/hr. Also, their pay structure is really weird so you basically make $10/hr. unless you are really good at sales. They give you "commission", but it is also basically nothing. Purity Products' business model is super shady. They sell "free trials", but then the dumb people (really the only kind of people that use this stuff) get roped into huge, expensive automatic shipments. The job was to deal with pissed off people all day and try to convince them not to cancel their orders. We were told to lie to the customers, make stuff up, and say whatever it took to get their money.

Pros

The job was a very quiet work place. The people were always happy to be there and kept us other employees smiling through out our work days.

Cons

None.. I really have absolutely no complaints about this job.
