Work from home so that's nice... that's the only pro I can come up with

Hired for 1 department, trained to help for 3 days on another and now going on 4 months of barely being trained and still working that dept the majority of the time. They pick which calls to audit and if they don't like you - you're nailed on every bad call. 0 concern for the employees, they only care about meeting the needs and expectations of the company they're contracted to. Hired on for rotating Saturdays and consistently been scheduled Saturdays for every weekend since nesting ended. Schedules may or may not come out the Friday of the week prior for the next week. It's sent in the chat room because the online schedule they use is rarely correct. The system issues are ridiculous, and they constantly try to say that rebooting will help when it clearly does not. And so much more - just stay away!
