The company has a horrible turnover! They put you on the phones with inadequate training. The one program you are actually dealing with people's insurance. To hear these customers complain about long wait time is crazy. You go to ask a supervisor for help the lines are long. By the time you get to them they have an attitude. You get docked for anything. If you went to high school already you probably wouldn't want to work here.
