Pros

The aircraft fleet size is small but there is plenty to get acquainted to. I loved the learning experience

Cons

Management is sub par. Can't ever do something they promised would get done on a personal level. Got let go blindsidedly due to company cutbacks and supervisors knew but wouldn't give a heads up.

With 150+ aircraft and 5 different types of aircraft, we try to give everyone the time and experience they desire to build their careers. We are constantly working to become a better company and have recently made some big changes in hopes of strengthening our leadership team and decreasing employee turnover. We are aware of the importance of each of our employees and are also implementing many new things/programs/incentives to reduce employee turnover and hear our employees better.

Pros

The director is a great guy and is an advocate for the specialists. It was a relatively easy job. Good job for somebody right out of college.

Cons

No company culture. Old and Cold atmosphere. Horrible communication, outdated systems. “This is how we’ve always done it” attitude. Turnover rate through the roof in IT and MX, so few things can ever be completed or done correctly. Very old aircraft leading to MX problems and cancellations. Commissions are way below average and the market is very volatile. Do not expect to make 80-100k, more like 50k after taxes. No room for growth. Insurance is bad.
