Smallish company has a need for everyone to contribute at a high level, no room for slackers.

We are always improving our business and are implementing several items to increase our success. We have switched to United Health Care to better support our employees' health care needs. We are rolling out new software programs for IT to streamline communications. We have several incentive programs for pilots and mechanics. And we are looking at and rolling out new things every day! We are very happy to see the 5-star rating and hope to have you around to see all the changes!

The director is a great guy and is an advocate for the specialists. It was a relatively easy job. Good job for somebody right out of college.

Cons

No company culture. Old and Cold atmosphere. Horrible communication, outdated systems. “This is how we’ve always done it” attitude. Turnover rate through the roof in IT and MX, so few things can ever be completed or done correctly. Very old aircraft leading to MX problems and cancellations. Commissions are way below average and the market is very volatile. Do not expect to make 80-100k, more like 50k after taxes. No room for growth. Insurance is bad.
