Pros

Some really great people to work with. Diverse working conditions, opportunity to learn several career paths to move towards. With the new ownership, (Gary Richards is out and the two other owners no longer own any part of the company) changes are happening rapidly and appear to be in a positive direction.

Cons

New owner has never owned an airline. Under this new leadership there is too rapid of change with terrible communication. The two other previous owners are still there creating a "Business as usual but we are changing" schizophrenic message. Still have the same "Make me lots of money" over any visible concern for actual condition of employee work environment or condition aircraft and equipment. Old aircraft, old equipment, old hangars, old computers... think OLD with no plan on changing!

Pros

The director is a great guy and is an advocate for the specialists. It was a relatively easy job. Good job for somebody right out of college.

Cons

No company culture. Old and Cold atmosphere. Horrible communication, outdated systems. “This is how we’ve always done it” attitude. Turnover rate through the roof in IT and MX, so few things can ever be completed or done correctly. Very old aircraft leading to MX problems and cancellations. Commissions are way below average and the market is very volatile. Do not expect to make 80-100k, more like 50k after taxes. No room for growth. Insurance is bad.
