Pros

New better pay structure. Company is growing fast allowing for lots of room for advancement. Always busy, never slow. Great, friendly people to work with. 3 day weekends.

Cons

Seems to be under staffed. High plane to mechanic ratio. Lack of tooling and parts at location.

Pros

The director is a great guy and is an advocate for the specialists. It was a relatively easy job. Good job for somebody right out of college.

Cons

No company culture. Old and Cold atmosphere. Horrible communication, outdated systems. “This is how we’ve always done it” attitude. Turnover rate through the roof in IT and MX, so few things can ever be completed or done correctly. Very old aircraft leading to MX problems and cancellations. Commissions are way below average and the market is very volatile. Do not expect to make 80-100k, more like 50k after taxes. No room for growth. Insurance is bad.
