Pros

Turbine PIC time builder. Company is really trying to increase salaries and retain pilots through retention bonuses. Flying is challenging and will make you a better IFR pilot.

Cons

- Upgrades are generally only available within your base, and are rarely posted - Reimbursements are denied, if they are not specifically spelled out in the GOM. If not denied it can take months to get your check. - Per Diam pay is regularly denied even though you don't get rest at your base but you did make it there to pick up cargo. - Concerns brought to management are ignored - Specifically Dallas Dispatch has no respect for their pilots. - Dallas crew apartments haven't been cleaned in months, and complaints are ignored. - Lack of concern from management about crews personal needs - Time off / Vacations

Pros

The director is a great guy and is an advocate for the specialists. It was a relatively easy job. Good job for somebody right out of college.

Cons

No company culture. Old and Cold atmosphere. Horrible communication, outdated systems. “This is how we’ve always done it” attitude. Turnover rate through the roof in IT and MX, so few things can ever be completed or done correctly. Very old aircraft leading to MX problems and cancellations. Commissions are way below average and the market is very volatile. Do not expect to make 80-100k, more like 50k after taxes. No room for growth. Insurance is bad.
