We have a variety of programs and training as well as a Safety Council to ensure that our employees have a high awareness of how to work safely and to ensure that the environment around them is safe. It would go against our culture to NOT fix broken equipment. Our employees have a joint responsibility to inform us of equipment in need of repair and to not work on faulty equipment. In addition, AT&T has some of the most stringent safety standards in the industry. AFS does not condone discriminatory work practices and would never terminate somebody due to their age. Termination decisions are not taken lightly and are subject to multiple levels of approval to ensure the best possible decision is made.
