Pros
Descent pay and benefits. Most of the coworkers are friendly but managers could be and do better by the employees.
Cons
Poor management, poor raises, poor training, poor equipment, and lack of concern for employees. Raises aren't given fairly they divide money per shops and employees and not by what your performance shows. This company only cares about their metric system.
