Doesn't Recommend Neutral Outlook No opinion of CEO Pros Good pay, company truck, good group of mechanics. Cons absolutely no training, ZERO- ZILCH- NONE !!! My report to manager was great, way to much on his plate! Customer manager was a complete jerk. Having two bosses that do not get along was not fun at all! Advice to Management Need to fix the situation with having to bosses at a particular customers in the B#Y A##A. The turn around rate will always be there until this is fixed. Your comments seem to be focused on the client situation in your territory, and indeed, our clients can be demanding - we not only need to service their needs, but also balance the interests of Amerit. I'm glad you mentioned your AFS manager was great - he is and we have a great group of Senior Leaders on our team. I have to challenge you on your Training comments; we provide hands on training to all of our managers, usually flying in managers from other territories to do so. We also provide continuous online training through our JumpStart Online Training platform, be it for Safety issues, HR topics or client specific items.

Thanks for the reply, but I will strongly disagree with the training part. Yes senior and regular managers did come visit me, but long after the fact that the customer was highly upset and Amerit had to jump threw hoops to justify themselves.Spent countless hours and days on conference calls and meetings , for the lack of initial training that was not given, by the client and or Amerit. I do not blame Amerit for for the issues that I had working there, I believe strongly that there is a tug-of-war between the client management and Amerit management, and the guy in the middle pays for it.
