      Pros

      I started with Amerit as a Fleet Manager and earned a promotion to Senior Fleet Manager through hard work, dedication and the mentoring I received from Senior Leadership. The culture of the company is very positive and the environment is fun. Amerit isn't just a any company were a family. I've been with Amerit nearly 7 years now and couldn't ask for a more fulfilling and challenging career. Getting to work with some of the smartest and professional people who are encouraging is something I haven't seen much of until Amerit. My Amerit Family truly has a direct interest in my well being and my family at home. The perks of the job create a great balance between work and family for me and we are truly grateful. Looking forward to many more years with this great company!

      When I was hired I was told 40 hours guaranteed and 2.5 years later it’s 32 hours guaranteed.
