We are not "faking it' here at Amerit. We have around 2000 employees across the country who are doing amazing work for our clients. Clearly you have had a bad experience here at Amerit - and clearly we're not for you. If indeed you were in management, it also sounds like it didn't agree with you. Being a manager is a very difficult position. The Fleet Manager is the backbone of our company and it takes folks who will go above and beyond and even respond to emails and calls on their off-days, and when done it's greatly appreciated by all. I don't know why you think management lied to you, because we strive to be transparent with our Field Management group. We have amazing leadership from the EVP of Field Operations to our Senior and Regional Fleet Management layer. For folks reading this, we invite you apply with us and see how we're changing the Fleet Maintenance Industry.

Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
