While I cannot speak to past practices, since I have taken over the review of the GlassDoor reviews, I take the input that you and others provide very seriously. As is true with any company starting out, it does take time to iron out processes which can contribute to the long hours. In addition, we have added additional recruiters as well as more comprehensive recruitment technology so that we can fill open vacancies faster, with top quality candidates, to ensure that our existing employees get the support they need. With respect to our increases, we operate within the margins set forth in the contract with our clients. We try our best to ensure that annual increases are in line with cost of living. We've made significant inroads into the employee experience over the last year. I'm sorry things didn't work out for you here at Amerit.
