Pros

None to mention while I was employed there.

Cons

Low pay & they hire young people at corporate with no experience. No diversity at the executive level....Lily White Executive team. AFS talk the talk, but do not walk the walk. Management had high salaries, but employees in the field were not paid poorly.

It comes with the territory that a company will receive negative reviews from time to time. This review however is false. Completely false. Our executive team features two women and a person of color - myself. This is despite an industry where our technicians are 95+ male and racial diversity only slightly lags the national profile. I am the COO and am not white: my father was from India, my mother from Kenya. So I take great offense to this senseless notion that there is no diversity in our executive team. For skilled technicians, we pay market to above average wages. We have to, otherwise we cannot attract talent. At the corp level, we do our best and are meritocratic on how we pay and reward our employees. We have a fantastic corporate culture that has endured for many, many years. So as a person of color, I respectfully push back on this review and want any reader to know, that we value diversity - in all its forms, racial, gender and economic. Pros

Brand new warehouse to work in, top of the line equipment, and free snacks and water.

Cons

Too many requirements for trainings, constantly a new module to complete. When it comes to hiring/promoting they like to hire “white” and outside the company, not from within.
